A 1 hour virtual relaxing, healing session. Release your energetic blockages and align yourself on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Take this holistic approach by bringing your attention to the relationship between your mind, body, and soul. It's a safe space to express yourself, share what you're going through, ask for insight or guidance, and to feel supported. What to expect: •Begin with an initial consultation/discuss your intentions •You'll be guided into meditation so you are in a relaxed state •I will send reiki energy to you as you're meditating •I'll guide you back and then we will discuss your session (what you felt, any messages you received, and physical sensations, questions, etc.) and I'll share an energetic reading with you and what I felt, saw, or any messages I received •If booking recurring sessions, we may discuss exercises/activations/practices you can do between sessions. Reiki (universal life force energy) is a form of holistic, natural healing that involves the transfer of energy through practitioner to patient to promote the body's natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. This energy healing system touches on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The guide sends reiki to the recipient's energy centers (7 chakras), joints, and feet, which draws the energy as needed. Cancelation Policy

If you can't make a session, class, or workshop and need to reschedule/cancel, you will be issued a credit to go towards any other service or event if cancelled 24 hours or more before. If cancelled within 24 hours, 50% credit will be issued.
