Private Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Service Description

Relax, center yourself, and take an inward journey with me during a 60-minute reiki-infused sound bath. I will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help ground you. Then, drift inward during a beautiful sound bath infused with reiki energy! Essential oil blends will be provided for you to use and an oracle card can be pulled for each guest at the end. No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgement. You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the session. What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds has healing benefits and brings yourself to a state of deep relaxation. You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. Sol uses quartz crystal sound bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and a steel tongue drum. Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more! What is Reiki? Reiki (universal life force energy) is a form of holistic, natural, hands-on healing that involves the transfer of energy through practitioner to client to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself by removing blockages and balancing their energy. The system heals on all levels: emotionally, mentally, physically, & spiritually How is Reiki infused in a sound bath? For this session, reiki will not be given hands-on. Instead, I allow the reiki energy to flow through me during the session and before we begin I’ll explain this to everyone..and if you’re interested in receiving the reiki, you’ll simply tell yourself “I’m open to receiving reiki during this sound bath” and the energy will flow to you. Reiki can be sent from a distance and still has all the same benefits as receiving it hands-on. Cancelation Policy

If you can't make a session, class, or workshop and need to reschedule/cancel, you will be issued a credit to go towards any other service or event if cancelled 24 hours or more before. If cancelled within 24 hours, 50% credit will be issued.
