Box Breathing (Four-Square Breath)
A simple yet powerful technique to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and enhance focus.
How to Practice:

Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds.

Hold again for 4 seconds.

Repeat for 4-5 rounds, or until you feel centered and relaxed.

Heart Opener Meditation
A gentle meditation to cultivate self-love, compassion, and openness.
How to Practice:
