MY STORY (well some of it)

I started practicing reiki in 2017 when I was pregnant with my first son. I had been going through a major spiritual awakening for the last 2 years leading up to then and I felt called to tap into my higher purpose. I was in my senior year of college for fashion merchandising & marketing; traveling back and forth to New York for freelance work...and I started to realize I felt pretty empty and a bit lost. So I dropped out of school, tapped into my higher self, and trusted that I'd be guided to my truth.

I started asking questions like “why am I here on earth?” & "what is my purpose?” I knew I wanted to do something fulfilling that would better the world. That’s when I took a reiki class, not knowing anything about the practice…I simply just answered a calling that led me to it. 

After getting certified, I started off practicing on myself and with close friends & family. I would also integrate reiki into my wellness and meditation events. 

In 2020, I moved to Los Angeles from Cleveland where I started offering group guided meditation sessions, reiki therapy, and self-discovery guidance. In 2021, I began my reiki teaching journey and started facilitating sound bath experiences. 

Not only am I holistic energy practitioner, I’ve always been a creative. I produce music, song write, and record (all unreleased!) I also have a passion for writing and directing visuals. I’m energized to share my visual and sound healing immersive experiences with the world soon to come :) 

Tapping into the life force energy was simply a reminder of how powerful and limitless I am. I live each day grateful, present, with passion, purpose, excitement, & happiness even on challenging days— and most importantly--i'm real with myself and aware of who I truly am. Everything starts from within and it is now my happy place!
